Hartman and Hartman’s Civil Division completed a large foundation for an industrial client on the East Coast. Our team successfully formed a 12 foot wide radius wall section for a turn table as well as miscellaneous box outs to integrate a “chip bin” and Virsa lift. The foundation totaled 14 feet in depth with a base floor pour of 6 feet.

This project required 90,000 pounds of rebar for a foundation totaling 600 cubic yards of concrete.

Project turnaround occurred in 18 weeks, including demolition of existing foundations. Work was performed within 50 feet of another working lath and active truck unloading area. Our dedicated team safely navigated these hazards to bring this project to completion on time and under budget with no injuries or incidents.
