Our safety practices include Stop Work Authority, Hazard Communication (HazCom), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Electrical Safety, Fall Protection, Excavation and Trench Safety, Fire & Safety Watch, Job Safety Analysis, and behavior‑based safety programs. Personnel are trained in equipment operation, tool safety, fall prevention, and site hazard awareness, and maintain OSHA 10 and PEC Safeland certifications where required. In addition, Hartman ensures all employees receive site‑specific training prior to mobilization, including orientation to facility hazards, gas systems, process risks, and emergency procedures. For RNG and biogas facilities, this includes training related to gas handling systems and any owner‑specific safety requirements, like H2S gas training, ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with site standards.
