During a visit to TRPIL one of the staff mentioned an idea to make handicapped accessible garden boxes for their consumers. Hartman had leftover wood from large pallets that we recycled to make this idea a reality. Months of logistical planning later, we got Hartman employees together to make 24 three foot by three foot garden boxes. The legs on the boxes made it easy for people in wheelchairs to access and they were painted and decorated. With the help of EQT, TRPIL and some Hartman Employees the boxes were delivered to the consumers!
