Hartman & Hartman is proud to announce that we have completed 2025 with ZERO OSHA recordable injuries. This achievement brings the company’s total to four years with zero OSHA recordables, reflecting a sustained commitment to safety excellence across our operations.
Achieving a zero Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR) while exposure hours continue to increase is not accidental. It is the result of deliberate planning, strong leadership, and a workforce that understands and embraces personal responsibility for safety on every job site.
This performance is supported by Hartman & Hartman’s comprehensive Safety Orientation and Training program, which focuses on hazard recognition, risk mitigation, and safe work practices. Employees also complete required client-specific safety orientations to ensure compliance with site-specific rules, environmental conditions, and expectations. Continuous education and reinforcement remain central to our safety approach.
While reaching zero recordables in 2025 is a milestone we are proud of, Hartman & Hartman recognizes that safety performance is an ongoing effort. We remain committed to continuous improvement and to strengthening our safety systems to protect our employees, clients, and communities.
Our motto, “Safety is #1 in our Family,” is more than a slogan. It reflects our dedication to a ZERO-incident safety culture and our responsibility to ensure every employee returns home safely at the end of each day.
